Turnaround Times

Our turnaround times refer solely to production.

Once production is complete it may take up to one business day for orders to be delivered or be available for pick-up.

It is our goal to release all jobs as soon as completion of production allows. The last day of your turn-around is not a guaranteed “in hands” date.

Turnaround starts from the time the file upload is complete. If a job has revised files, is placed on hold, or is awaiting proof approval the turnaround starts from time the approval is given.

We reserve the right to print same day orders on digital press equipment.

Orders that complete after 3:00PM may not be available for pick up until the following morning.

Also note: All booklets/calendars will receive an electronic proof that must be approved before the start of turnaround and printing.
