Repair Services
Broke-n-Fixed: Choose the Broke-n-Fixed program when your company is willing to take the risk of major costly repairs. Also, if you have devices that cost less than $300 to replace. This allows you to make a decision to repair or replace the broken device. We travel to your location to repair the device. Within our service area, we do not charge for the time or expenses to travel to your site. We only charge for the time we are at your location.
Labor rate: $75 per hour
Service Contracts
There are three different agreements.
Choose a service agreement if you don’t want the risk of costly device repairs. Also, if you want a predictable, fixed expense that will match funds allocated in the budget.
