What is the turnaround time?

Most of our products have a 4 business day turnaround after the proof is approved. All orders must be in by 12:00pm EST to be shipped on the desired ship date.
Examples:
Proof is approved on a Monday 11am that product will be shipped out on Thursday.
Order is made on a Monday 11am and Proof is approved at 2pm that product will be shipped out on Friday.
Proof is approved on Wednessday 2pm that order will be shipped the following Tuesday. ie(Thur,Fri,Mon,Tues)

What if I need to cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled free of charged if the orders has not been processed by our pre-press department.

File Prep FAQ's

What are your file specifications?

Our file preference is a properly submitted PDF, however we will accept a JPEG, EPS, or TIFF file as well, so long as they are flattened at a minimum of 300dpi.
We will except any other file but there maybe a processing charge to properly set up you file.

What is CMYK?

CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key or Black and are used in the printing process. Printing with these four colors is often referred to as full color or 4-color printing. CMYK are subtractive colors and create black when combined. Any file that is printed on a printing press must be converted to CMYK.

Shipping FAQ's

What are your shipping costs?

We offer Free Fedex Ground to anywhere in the United States. Our ordering system is connected directly to Fedex. A price for shipping will be generated after entering your destinations zipcode.
Standard Ground(FREE), 2nd Day, 3rdDay or Priority Overnight

What if my order is damaged in shipping?

Once a package has been shipped will not be responsible for late or damaged arriving packages. We will be sure to insure your packages in the case that a claim would need to be filed. If you have further questions about shipping, please contact our customer service department.
